Adriana Arbid

Adriana Arbid is a licensed California real estate broker and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in both California and Hawaii. Adriana graduated from the University of Southern California with Bachelor of Art degrees in English and Philosophy, and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law.

As a real estate professional, Adriana’s area of expertise is in Non-Qualified Mortgages (Non-QM) as well as providing her clients with highly competitive private financing options. She is able to close deals in as little as seven days and has direct access to funds that range from $200,000 to $20 million. Over the course of her career, Adriana has developed strong professional connections and direct relationships with a variety of investors to ensure that her clients close on their properties. She is a no nonsense broker known for her integrity and commitment to advocate for her client’s best interests.

In addition to her background in real estate, Adriana served for several years in an executive position in a large and complex governmental first responder agency, providing executive level oversight of a 1.2 billion dollar budget. She became a subject matter expert in evaluating complex budget matrices; garnering political support for special tax assessments for special district funding; engaging in collective bargaining negotiations with nationally recognized labor unions; participating in lobbying efforts to garner support from California legislators to ensure funding for critical public safety programs and provided legal analysis to top officials on high risk/ high value matters.
